Warranty Registration
There are two ways for
warranty registration:

Please fill in the
warranty registration card immediately at the time of purchase and use
the on-line registration on the DIGIMATE web-site (http://www.digimate.com)
WITHIN 14 DAYS. Otherwise the warranty will not be effective.

Fill in the warranty
registration card and fax to: +44 (0871) 250 7000

If the
product develops a fault within 8 days of purchase, simply contact your warranty company (telephone number above). In this case,
please ensure that your proof of purchase is available for inspection.

If the
product develops a fault during the remaining warranty period, simply
contact DIGIMATE Call Centre. You will be asked a few questions
in order for us to validate the warranty status of the DIGIMATE
product and to ensure that the fault is actually with the DIGIMATE
product and not the associated equipment.

product is covered with 3 years on site swap service.

Conditions

This
warranty applies only to the model number and serial number identified
on the proof of purchase supplied via a DIGIMATE authorized
dealer or distributor
-
All
warranty will be invalidated immediately if unauthorized repairs are
made or attempted by unauthorized personnel.

This
warranty does not cover accident, misuse, incorrect line voltage,
improper installation, transportation damage, altered serial number,
faults caused by the installation of, or connection to, non-DIGIMATE
compatible equipment, and the like.

Neither
DIGIMATE nor their agents shall be liable for any indirect, special
or consequential damage (including without limitation any loss or
profits) arising from use of this product or breach of this warranty.

DIGIMATE
may, at their discretion, use DIGIMATE approved service partners
to conduct this service.

Any service
replacement may not be new, may not include the accessories, will meet
manufacturing electronic specification, will carry the balance of the
original warranty, and will be in at least as good cosmetic condition as
the faulty unit it is replacing.
-
This
warranty does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights.
