Fujitsu's warranty is
offered to our direct customers, in most cases that means the warranty is
the responsibility of the person/company who sold the drive to you. It is
they who will liaise with their supplier or Fujitsu to arrange a warranty
replacement.
The warranty period is defined by your contract with your supplier, i.e.
most PC's are sold with a 1 year warranty which also covers the drive - and
again you should contact the PC supplier or manufacturer.
If your supplier has gone into liquidation and you have proof of purchase
which indicates the drive is still in warranty please contact our customer
services dept.
