Service for iDeQ SFF Barebones

Contact your Supplier.
All authorized Biostar
distributors and resellers should honour and offer a one (1) year warranty
on new Biostar products. Please return your defective product to your
supplier for warranty repair / exchange. If the product is out of
warranty or if your supplier cannot help you, please contact Biostar.
Please Note: A One Distribution
carries no spare parts for the iDeQ SFF Barebones, so any iDeQs sent to A
One will be returned to supplier for replacement/repair

All authorized Biostar distributors and
resellers should honour and offer a one (1) year warranty on new Biostar
products. Please returns your defective product to your supplier for
warranty exchange. If the product is out of warranty or if your
supplier cannot, help you, please proceed to step two.

Determine Warranty Eligibility
A handful of authorized Biostar resellers may
have special arrangements with Biostar in regards to warranty policy.
These special policies supersede the standard one (1) year warranty.

Complete The Service Release Form
And Prepare Payment
If you need to send the board back to Biostar
for out-of-warranty service, please note that charge will be levied,
non-refundable, service charge will apply. Complete the Service Release Form
(to be found on the Biostar web site). The service charge includes returning
shipping charge.

Obtain An RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) Number
After submitting your Tech Support Form or
Service Release Form, you should expect to receive an RMA number within 2-3
business days.

Packing And Shipping
After receiving your RMA number, please pack up
the merchandise with proper ESD packing material.
Be sure to include the payment in the package if it is for out-of-warranty
service. Significant delay will occur in processing your RMA if
you do not include payment with your product. Also make sure the RMA number
is prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box. Any package
without an RMA number will be refused.
